Our Philosophy

We help companies disrupt, responsibly.

We design innovative, bespoke governance solutions to help some of the world’s leading companies identify and navigate moral quandaries.

We work with our clients to crystallize their core values and structure intellectual frameworks for ethical decision-making.

We build institutions and governance mechanisms that turn ethical ideas into principled solutions. Our clients use these tools to operationalize their values, answer hard questions, and make key decisions transparent to stakeholders and the public.

Improved ethical decision-making strengthens corporate culture allowing our clients to concentrate on building exemplary businesses. Deliberative reasoning helps our clients build trust with stakeholders and other communities by avoiding ad hoc and contradictory decisions.

At Ethical Compass, we believe the best way to add value is to add values.

Helping companies navigate ethics in a fast changing world.
